Introducing The Pet Amenity · Free for residents

Come home to a happy dog,

not a to-do list.

Scheduled, tailored walks — live photos and GPS tracking from your building's own walker, grooming on site when it's needed. Peace of mind while you're out. The premium amenity you've always wanted — but didn't know existed.

For residents

Included with your lease. Yes, really.

A solo walk, every week

Every registered dog gets a dedicated 20-minute solo walk each week — one dog, one walker, full attention.

A photo report card, every visit

The moment a walk ends you get a text: photos, route, duration, potty log. You'll never wonder how it went.

Monthly nail trim + paw check

Nails, ears, and paws on a schedule, so vet visits stay boring.

Cleaner grounds for everyone

Waste-station upkeep and courtyard sweeps — the whole building feels it, even the cat people.

Quarterly Yappy Hour

A courtyard social for the building's dogs and their people. Meet the walker. Meet the neighbors.

One walker, not an app

Background-checked, insured & bonded at launch, pet CPR & first-aid trained — and they know every dog by name.

For property managers

Do the math on your building.

Type your unit count. See your number.

Your community pays one flat fee per registered dog household, reprices pet rent as “all pet care included,” and keeps the difference — before counting retention.

300
$109

Typical Frisco pet rent today is ~$25. Residents trade $200+/mo of à-la-carte care for one number on the lease.

Compared against keeping today's ~$25 pet rent with no included care. At $95 the program is roughly cost-neutral — pure amenity value; from $109 it's amenity value plus ancillary income.

Questions

Answered before you ask the office.

Is this really free for residents?

The included tier is paid for by your community as an amenity — like the gym or the pool. You only pay if you add private walks, plans, or sitting.

Who is walking my dog?

One dedicated LeashCo walker is assigned to your building — background-checked, insured & bonded at launch, and pet CPR & first-aid trained. You meet them at registration, and it's the same person every time.

Why solo walks?

Solo is our default — one dog, one walker means full attention and a calmer building. Dogs get their social time at supervised events like Yappy Hour.

What if my dog is shy or reactive?

Solo walks are exactly right for shy and reactive dogs — tell us at registration and the walker plans quieter routes and times.

What about the Texas summer?

June through September we walk at dawn and dusk. Frisco pavement can hit 140°F by midday — hot enough to burn paw pads in under a minute — so summer walks move to the cool ends of the day, and every walker carries water and cooling gear. You get the same report card either way.

My building doesn't have LeashCo yet.

Ask your leasing office — or send them to our property manager page. Every building starts with a signed agreement and a courtyard Yappy Hour.

Residents: tell your leasing office. Managers: a 20-minute pitch is all it takes to see the math on your building.
